I forgot what it felt like to purge. It's been too long that I've been keeping the food in my fat tummy and not getting rid of it. It's not really helping my weight loss any though, so I guess I won't eat for the next four days. And I'm still having dreams about H.

This is the sad part, isn't it?

all purging does for me is avoid the weight gain from a binge. It doesn't help me lose weight either. Don't feel bad, I purged tonight as well....

I did it again today. It's reassuring to know that I won't gain gross poundage from that delicious pasta I ate.
